I have been using the pull out method for almost 4 years now. 2 1/2 years with my ex-boyfriend and a little more than a year with my current boyfriend. Yes, I know the possibilities and about pre c**. There were also incidents with both guys where they did not pull out. I was on the pill for a few months with both of them and would sometimes forget to take it and took anti biotics, and did not take pre caution. I have never ended up pregnant or had a scare but now that I am getting older and to the age that I would like to have kids in, I’m beginning to worry if I can even have kids. With my current bf, there have been quite a few times where he did not pull out and I did not take the morning after pill. I just waited it out and I always got my period and never late.
Should I start to worry? I would like to say that it is low sperm count but it has not only been with one guy.

My wife’s periods started yesterday. What will be the ideal days to intercourse for getting pregnant? Will i have to take any special steps for it? I am a smoker and shall i have to stop it? My sperm analysis taken 3 months back is as follows:Volume: 2.5 ML
PH: 8.0
Reaction: Alkaline
Active Motile: 70%
Sluggish Motile: 10%
Non – Motile: 20%
Normal Sperms: 97%
Abnormal Sperms: 03%
Total Sperm Count: 99.5 million/ml
Others: 1-2 PUS CELLS/HPF.
Any Doctors please advise what are to be followed and what needs to be done?
