Open Question: Do i have cancer on my penis?

Im 14 and when i pull my foreskin back it goes red and has alot of small wart things on the foreskin and under the foreskin. Could this just be warts or is this because im masterbating too much? I masturbate about 5-10 times a day.Also yesterday my sperm stunk and doesnt usualy stink.I keep finding smegma on my penis.I am a virgin.
Are these warts and red foreskin just because i dont wash my penis properly?My foreskin is tight and i cant expose the glans properly but i can urinate without any pain and masturbation doesnt hurt.
