Open Question: had unprotected sex 2-3 days before abortion. could i be pregnant again?

I know sperm can stay alive inside for up to a week. Me and my bf had unprotected sex 2-3 days before i had to have my abortion. Could it be possible for me to be pregnant again? I started my period a few days later. I wouldnt be asking but about 4 days ago I started getting all my pregnancy symptoms again and after feeling normal for a week or so it kind of concerns me. Any idea if i could be pregnant again or if this is normal after an abortion?
i was pregnant when we didnt use protection genius.
