Open Question: i took my pill 6 hours late,can i most likely get pregnant?

Ok,so me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex today and he did his business inside of me. I usually take my pills on time. I was on my 5th pill after taking another pack. My alarm came on to take it but I clicked dismiss & got into a conversation which made me forget to take it.I went to sleep,but woke up 6 hours late and took my pill .is it possible that since I was 6 hours late taking my pill after unprotected sex,I will get pregnant?because I did research on prenancy,and it said that it takes up to 7 days for sperm to die if egg didn’t get fertilized.like,did the sperm get to the egg because I was 6 hrs late?I’m worried. I usually take my pills at my regular time,9 o clock.but I took it at 3:30.help me
