Open Question: Is it really this normal?

OK, so today more or less marks my 5th week and i feel like absolute rubbish! If this is pregnancy why so much anguish! I am really moody and lash out a lot at the sperm donator as there are hidden agendas all the time. I have just started with some diarrhoea and have had morning sickness for a week now. The cramping has gotten a tad bit worse.

What has everyone elses experiences been? the only reason im asking is cuz i dont have anyone near me and just need some reassurrance?
