Open Question: Something that happened with a girl. What is that?

I’m 16 year old. One evening I went to a party at friends’ house. I was sitting on the sofa next to a girl who was snuggled up on it.
She began (maybe unaware) caressing my hand between her feet in pantyhose.
I was enjoying it so I didn’t move my hand away. After about ten minutes I had to go to the bathroom and I realized that my underwear was wet, although it was not sperm.
Anyway I was quite embarrassed. I recently met her and she made a wink, so I guess she realized what she had done.
What do you think it happened? How can I deal with her?
