Open Question: Will my sperm count get lowered?

I masturbate till i get complete erection, but i don’t ejaculate when I feel like ejaculating I stop masturbation, I heard that ejaculation can be done at a gap of 3 days to maintain sperm count, but I masturbate almost everyday at least once but I don’t ejaculate will my sperm count get lowered????
